Agri Businesses - Kilimo Timilifu is operating in the coastal stretch of Lindi Region, one of the poorest areas of Tanzania. By enabling small holders to work their farms as a business based on conservation agriculture, small scale food and feeds processing, value addition and providing a link to the market.
Training small farmers in Conservation Agriculture (CA) and following them up and encouraging them on a one-on-one in-field mentoring is the main thrust of our community engagement. We thereby help them establish a link to the market and a network with other farmers.
We offer various Internships to youths, college and university students as well as recent graduates looking for practical experience. Internships are personally tailored to the needs of the intern. They learn Conservation Agriculture, year round, vegetable farming, poultry raising and more.

I manage all matters relevant to the construction of buildings and their infrastructure. I do operative scheduling, direct and instruct our workers and contractors, and provide technical skills training to our staff.

I supervise the activities that are going on in our different fields and in the vegetable garden. Beyond this I am the main conservation agriculture trainer for both local farmers and interns.
